I’m a trauma-informed Breathwork Practitioner (certified in the One Breath Method™), Transpersonal Coach, and Family Constellation Facilitator.
I work with people who feel the pull toward a bigger life and want their nervous system to feel safe enough to move toward it with courage, self-trust, and curiosity.
I often work with people who feel deeply tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected from life; entrepreneurs, seekers, and sensitive people who want to feel alive again and rebuild trust in themselves.
I believe healing can be fun, enjoyable, and imperfect; even in the messy parts.
And I believe that being free means learning to stay present in your body, making choices from agency, instead of reacting from old hurt or fear.
I don’t believe in forcing transformation.
I believe in creating the conditions where it can happen.
And that begins with cultivating a nervous system that can hold more: more calm, more hope, more self-trust, and more appreciation for yourself and your life.
I’m bilingual (Español latino, corazón!), a reader, and a lifelong student. I watch a lot of anime and adore the characters that reflect different parts of me. I also draw all the avocados you see on this site and on my socials. 🥑
If you’re here for Chanel, my grumpy, perfect senior dog who appears in a lot of my online background, yes, there’s a good chance she’ll bless us with her presence during sessions (as long as no one else is eating outside the room).
I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to meet themselves and to like who they are.
I believe courage grows through gentle, embodied integration after years of living with fear.
And I believe trusting yourself is a practice you can learn.

My approach is:
Gentle, client-led, trauma-informed, and rooted in presence.
I believe that when people feel safe enough to slow down and listen to their bodies, something natural begins to happen: life starts moving again. Courage returns. Self-trust grows. And slowly, people begin falling in love with life again.
My work blends trauma-informed breathwork, nervous system regulation, and transpersonal coaching.
Sessions are a space where you don’t have to perform, fix, or become someone else.
We listen.
We breathe.
We make space.
We gently familiarize the body with courage and self-trust.
You don’t have to force your way back to life.
You can breathe your way back to it.
From there, and a regular practice, a more authentic connection to self, soul, and life naturally begins to emerge.
